  • The security of our building customers and their operations are paramount, therefore, as an on-site customer at KOMO Plaza we respectfully require you to comply with the following:

    • An access cardkey must be worn visibly for all to see at all times. Never lend your access cardkey to anyone, you will be held accountable if anyone accesses KOMO Plaza while using your access cardkey.
    • Tailgating is an unauthorized individual following someone through a secure door or elevator without permission. Should someone without a visible access cardkey be following you as you approach a secure door, please pause and ask them to display their access cardkey before you present yours to the card reader. If they don't have an access cardkey, direct them to the Security Officer at the Front Desk.
    • Please report all lost or stolen access cardkeys immediately to the KOMO Plaza Management Team. Upon authorization from the department manager or human resource manager, we will issue a new contractor access cardkey. Please note there is a $20.00 charge for replacement of a lost or stolen access cardkey.

Parking Information

The KOMO Plaza parking garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is conveniently located near Seattle Center, Space Needle, Key Arena, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Seattle Center Armory, Pacific Science Center, Museum of Popular Culture, and nearby hotels such as the Hyatt, Best Western, and Holiday Inn. KOMO Plaza has a multi-day event parking option to which customers can prepay for multiple days at the kiosk by the garage elevator. KOMO Plaza also occasionally offers prepaid advanced parking reservations through Parking Panda.
