Built for Purpose
KOMO Plaza consists of two buildings comprising approximately 294,000 SF. KOMO Plaza East was completed in June 2000 and is approximately 194,000 SF, while KOMO Plaza West was built in October 2003 and consists of approximately 100,000 SF. KOMO Plaza has an operable heliport on the roof of KOMO Plaza East. In 2004, the producers of Grey’s Anatomy chose KOMO Plaza, previously known as Fisher Plaza, to be the face of Seattle Grace Hospital and utilized the heliport for the pilot episode and production photos. Located adjacent to the Space Needle and Seattle Center, KOMO Plaza is the only purpose built data center in Seattle and has a medley of data center, retail, and office space tenants.
