Emilie Kaufman
Emilie Kaufman is the Property Manager responsible for all day-to-day operations for the Seattle portfolio at GI Property Management. Ms. Kaufman provides leadership in capital planning, project management, budgeting, leasing and lease administration, and maintains customer relationships. She has been with GI Property Management since 2024. Ms. Kaufman has over 11 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining GI Property Management, Ms. Kaufman managed 1 million square feet of mixed-use office, a critical facility, and 150 acres of development property including an orchard, park, and vacant land in Renton, WA.
Jeff Pace
Jeff Pace is the Engineering Manager for KOMO Plaza and is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of the building and data center critical infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and energy management for Data Center, Retail, and Office tenants, as well as the 24/7 engineering team. Before joining the KOMO Plaza team in December 2011, Jeff was involved with several other building in downtown Seattle, along with startup and commissioning of Expedia Tower in Bellevue. Jeff has over 20 years engineering experience in over 3.5 million square feet of ClassA Office and Data Center buildings, and is a licensed electrician.
Jacklyn Care
Jacklyn Care is the Assistant Property Manager at KOMO Plaza. Ms. Care supports the management team with day-to-day operations including financial reporting, lease administration, general construction projects, and maintaining exceptional relationships with building tenants and vendors. She has been part of the KOMO Plaza team since 2025. Ms. Care has over ten years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining the GI Property Management team, Ms. Care managed over 4 million square feet of industrial buildings and business parks in the Greater Seattle area.
Anni Rosselli
Annamarie Rosselli is the Tenant Coordinator for Komo Plaza. She is responsible for assisting the management team in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and the surrounding public. She aids in building maintenance, community procedure outreach, coordination in building events and day to day operations. Ms. Rosselli has over three years of experience in commercial real estate and ten years of experience in customer service and sales.
